Default Ornry header bolt!!

I have a header bolt problem and am seeking advice from someone who has been here, done this and was successful.
The car is a 1963 Ranchero with the 260-inch V-8. On the driver's side - first cylinder, rear bolt... it is not turning out and attempts to get it to turn out has resulted in the corners being rounded off to the point where no wrench - SAE or metric will fit any more.
I've received all sorts of suggestions... all have failed so far - from heating the bolt up to drowning it in penetrating oil or chiseling the head off... to no avail.

Any suggestions from those who may have experienced said same problem will be unbelievably appreciated!!
