Unhappy 05-05 mustang AC rough idle

this is my first thread here and i need some help guys.

i have an 09 mustang gt ive recently changed spark plugs, fuel filter, cleaned mass air sensor, air intake, AND throttle body. i used all the appropriate stuff to clean and used oem motorcraft parts.

i just put a new ac condenser in which works good, its not over charger or undercharged.

when im at an idle its about 750 rpms the AC kicks in and the rpms go to 400 and then surge up slightly over 1000 then comes back to 750 again.. ( i am not getting a tsp sensor code on two different code readers). i know idle change is normal for the ac to kick on and off but this causes me to almost stall when i release the clutch to go. this is not normal.. ive read every forum every youtube video and EVERYONE says to clean the throttle body and as it gets deeper into it it could be TPS sensor.. however the only bad symptoms im getting from the tps is a slight rough idle (when ac is off) i think the last thing for me to do is change the sensor.

ive also tried to do a idle relearn procedure.. except EVERYONE explains it on a automatic car.. i found a video and ive followed it.. still problems. took it to my mechanic to look at it and it wasnt doing the really bad idiling.. i get home the idle is going crazy.. i had a ford ranger that had the same issue but it was a bad 02 sensor and the code came on.

im not getting anycodes. i have a jlt CAI and a 93 tune from the SCT. (ik you should run 87 cuz its in the owners manual but hey..) not sure if this could cause a rough idle?

finally have nice cold AC again and i have to turn it off when i come to stops.. i cant win please help thanks
