2002 expedition ac recharge

Default 2002 expedition ac recharge
I need to recharge my ac systyem,but having a little trouble finding the right item. Can you recommend which product to use? It's getting too hot to keep windows down!!

do not charge with cans take to a pro have system pulled down to a vac then recharge with comp machane to the right oz of r134a only ad 2 oz of pag ref. oil . I have repaired auto ac for 30 years
