My high beams and fog lights do not work. I had to recently change my battery and alternator. Everything is working but the high beams do not nor do my fog lights. The fuze panel under the drivers side (horrible design and way too unaccessible) only shows slot 12 as a potential fuze player but it tests fine with a VOM. I checked out the fuze in slot 16 in the power panel under the hood and it was OK. I do not know how to troubleshoot the relays and local parts stores do not stock those items.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem? The fuze panel on the passenges side does not show any light function fuzes.
