Default Clogged Cat

I have a clogged Cat. How can I get which cat it is? Or is it the muffler that is clogged and if so how can I tell which one is clogged.

2002 Ford Taurus 3.0 V6

Thanks

That's right. And don't worry about the holes. They plug them.
Actually they measure the pressure building up in the pipe.
