F150 Bumper bracket on the frame

F150 Bumper bracket on the frame
The bracket attach to the frame (A shape)hold the bumper ... mount plates is bent back toward the radiator,I want to know how to replace them other that welding on the new one`s... how do I remove them from the frame?and install new ones ..
