Installed Different Transmission No Start

I was mistaken...the AOD-E RWD Tranny was replaced by a front FWD transaxle in 99. so you should have a CD4E transaxle.
The NSS (also called the manual lever position switch)should be on the same side of the trans as the linkage.....the linkage should attach to the drive position selector shaft...and the MLPS slides onto the drive position selector shaft that protrudes out of the side of the transmission..

BUT BEFORE YOU DO THAT....
check the alarm issue.....try turning the alarm off and on a number of times....
did you change the alarm wiring in any way? does it have a starter kill relay that you might have disturbed??

Yes we replaced MLP switch from transmission we took out did not
make any difference. You mentioned turn security alarm off and on repeatedly is this done by turning switch on and off.I am not sure
about the starter kill relay is it built into security system.Thanks
