Default Purchasing 2005 Freestyle SEL?

Hello All,

I am very close to purchasing a 2005 Freestyle SEL (optional leather interior, backup sensor). I spent an hour with the vehicle this evening and everything I checked was in good condition. Car has 85000 KM (yes I am from Canada) and the seller and I have agreed on a price of $10K (again, Canadian). I have checked for liens, run the VIN and done hours upon hours of internet research on this car. Any advise before I seal the deal?

If it cheks out price wise on sights like Kelly Blue Book and such, and it runs and drives smooth, then it's tough to say "no" to a car you like.

Just keep in mind that minor problems may become large problems in certain areas. Don't rush, because they made a lot of them. Good luck, but buy a Ford.
