Could be a number of reasons. First look for a patched-in wire from a radio or other accessory. Then look for a bad ground. Next clean your battery cables. Also look for too many aftermarket accessories plugged into the ignition circuit and cigarette lighter socket (unless it's on another circuit and fuse). Often more than one thing are linked onto the same fuse. If this doesn't help it could be a more major issue such as an overloaded circuit board.
