Vacuum question

Default Vacuum question

I converted a 1979 302 2bbl to 4 bbl,should my transmission modulator line be hooked to the ported vacuum on carb or vacuum on intake

Where was it connected before you changed the carb ?

On second and third thought , should be connected to manifold vacuum. I believe other vacuum controls like dist advance/retard were the only things I can recall that were connected to ported vacuum.

Thx for reply. I converted egr to non-egr, such a mass of vacuum tubes and emissions, I failed to remeber since by converting from stock to Edelbrock & Holley, but I didhook to intake.
