masterexploder: Thanks for your post. *Parts: Left driver's side door & door glass, all door interior parts, and left quarter panel. Also, there was no undercoating or rust proofing. Dealer reneged on "promise" to re-repair my car after the fact, etc. http://www.otisfordsucks.com

and what year is your vehicle? if it is pretty old they may not have had a choice but to use old parts, currently i am currently working on a 1986 e-350 and the guy snapped an axelshaft and melted the hub so the entire axel was trash and no axel housings are available so i have to use a junkyard axel, i dont know if that is what you went through, but if it is that would be why they did it.

Hmm, a 1995 Thunderbird ... when was this repair made and when did you find out the dealership installed "used parts" to repair your car? Are you currently having problems with the repair (water leaks, paint issues, etc.)? The specific dates will determine the Statue of Limitations.

Malibu Barbie: My car only had four-thousand (4000) miles on it at the time of the repair. I had "many" problems with road & wind noise, water dripping down on my electric mirrors, and driver's side door not closing properly, etc. http://www.otisfordsucks.com
