My parents havea van that they are getting rid of. It was driven and parked in the back yard in 1988 and has not been touched since. It has 75000 miles on it and the body is in fair shape, at least fair for 20 years of sitting out in the elements. Best I can recall it has a 351w with an auto transmission. (99% sure of this)

Am posting here for a couple of days before sending it to the scrape yard and hate to see it melted down if someone can make useof it.

It is located in Bastrop, LA, which is north of Monroe, LA about 20 miles.

My question : Is this 351w engine an engine that someone can (trick out) i.e. hot rod? and what would the transmittion probably be C-4?
