When you turn the car on, on the warning message screen there is a "Ordering information" button which will give you the phone number. Now that they released SYNC, the people over there will have to transfer you to Pioneer which actually makes the Ford Nav systems and DVDs. You can get the 7p version from them. I bought it in October for $170 US and it covers the entire North America (U.S. & Canada) but I still don't think the upgrade was worth it.
Keep in mind that it only updates the road and POI database so you really don't see many changes.

I would be careful about this DVD. The code indicates it is a 2007 version, older than the original equipment in your car.
