If you havent fixed it already, my rubber grommet at the intake was cracked my local dealer said it is still available but only as the complete tube from the pcv vale at the valve cover to the grommet at the intake .it was something like around 60 bucks .like bluewind said I hit the junkyard and found a good grommet.dont remember the part number on the complete tube as it was 2 or 3 months ago.

Liqid Tape fix
Mine was starting to show slight cracks @ around 124,000 miles. I had a jar of Liquid Electrical tape that I had bought at the parts store and decided to give it a shot. That seems to have done the trick and resolved part of my vacuum leak problem. No problems with the fix 600 miles later.
If you use a tube as mentioned above, the liquid tape should seal it well
While was in there, I also removed the upper intakes body and cleaned the crud out of the EGR ports with B12 chemtool and a pipe cleaner per a YouTube video I saw. That fixed the P0301misfire code, finally, after 2 years of scratching my head over that one. Just make sure that you follow the torque sequence when Reinstalling.
And make sure that your battery has a good charge because it took 6 attempts to get it started (5 on my Dad's when I did his). It will take a couple of miles to get all of the B12 Chemtool and carbon out. I couldn't see the exhaust when I did mine but when Dad started driving his, the exhaust looked like there was a blown head gasket, brown at first then it started looking more like thick steam. I thought that I had possibly messed his van up. But when he got back, the egr valve had opened and purged everything out of the tube, everything was fine and he had a big smile on his face.
I followed that up with a full ecm reset (discharged the capacitors) and went on a 30 mile "educational" drive for the ecm to relearn parameters. Power is back to where it should be and fuel mileage is at 17 to 19 around town, 26 to 28 on 55 to 65 mph rural roads, right at 24 doing 70 on the interstate. (my foot isn't as heavy as it used to be.) All misfires are gone and the van actually does better than when we bought it with a fresh tune up from Ford dealer.
