standing infront of the2000 ford windstar yousee headlights, side lights/turn signal and on the bottom of the bumper is another set of lights, turn signals? they wontcome on with theturn signals, the bulbs are new. and i checked all the fuses. when i turn on the alarm the parking lights dont blink,the horn chirps. when i push the panic buttom the lights flash and the horn works. what gives? thanks

 

Bottom of the bumper? Probably driving lights or fog lights.

As far as the alarm, if it's factory that sounds like the right operation.

 

turn signal lights in bottom of bumper are to come on when turn signals come on. the are steady burning lights,{meaning they stay solid when the turn signal flashes}, i cant get them to come on. the bulbs are good and the fuses are good and i get power at the socket for the bulbs, 12volts.


when i got the van the alarm lights worked when the alarm was turned on and off, now they dont work. thanks
